I didn't want to make the announcement until it happened...last week EVERYTHING seemed to be going wrong in my computer life...host experiencing problems, greymatter bafflements, etc.. But I got myself a new domain. I was resolved not to get a domain for a personal site because I can't write it off as a business expense and spending a minimum of $7/month on hosting a personal site is just not in my agenda. But because I can have a multi-hosted domain through my webhost, all that it costs me is $8.50/year (through GoDaddy) for the domain registration. I can deal with that.
So I named it after one of my series of paintings with a double entendre, of course:
So as of now, that is my new journal. Eyeblog, like so much of everything else this year, is history.
