Shipping:
USA: After purchasing your items through the PayPal Buy it Now buttons, your items are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express, depending on quantity of unique sets purchased. Please read more about our shipping options.
International: Please read about our International Shipping Policies here.
Packaging: We enclose all Jewelry items in a cotton-filled cardboard gift box. We do not provide custom gift wrapping or gift cards.
Returns:
Time Frame: If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery to begin making arrangements to return the jewelry. To return item(s) after 7 days, the jewelry needs to be a gift purchased in advance for another person who is then not satisfied with the product. The jewelry being a gift is the only exception for the 7 day return time frame. Do not return anything without contacting us first. After you contact us, we will provide you with the address to ship to.
Restocking Fee: We now charge a restocking fee of $5.00 per individual item.
Financial Reimbursement: Refunds are issued for the price of the item(s) only (minus restocking fee), and sales tax, if it is applicable to the sale. Shipping charges, including postage, handling, insurance, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation and any other postal charges are nonrefundable. Refunds are only issued after the sale, and only upon complete satisfactory return of the jewelry at the buyer's expense. Any expenses incurred to return the jewelry are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to make partial refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We will refund you through PayPal via the account used to purchase the item(s). No other method of refunding will be used.
Procedure:
- Notify us first ASAP via email which item you are returning. Please provide the name you used with PayPal to purchase the Jewelry. We will respond with the address to ship the Jewelry to. Please make sure to check your email spam filters if it has been 24 hours and you have not heard from us.
- After receiving our email with the return address and information, the Jewelry needs to be safely packed first in the decorative cardboard-with-cotton gift box it came in, plus appropriate bubble wrapping inside and outside of the gift box. If you do not have the bubble wrap we used to wrap your Jewelry, you may use other soft material such as paper towels, tissue paper, styrofoam peanuts or cotton, just as long as the jewelry does not rattle when packed. Rattling can cause scratching and breakage of stones and silver. Any returned item that rattles will have 20% of the purchase price deducted from the refund and possibly more if the jewelry is scratched, chipped or in any way damaged.
- Shake this gift box. If it rattles, re-pack it until it doesn't make any noise when shaken.
- Now place this item in a shipping container, again, with appropriate bubble wrapping. It is advisable to use a new package to return it in, as opposed to the one that it was sent in, unless the used box/envelope is still in good shape. If using a non-self-sealing envelope or box, please make sure to seal it well with new, unused tape. Buyer needs to purchase all necessary postage as well as delivery confirmation/signature confirmation and/or insurance. Please also include some identifying information with your item, such as your name and addressed you used with PayPal. Again, make sure this shipping container does not rattle either.
- Shipping Method: Please use USPS (that is the US Mail/US Post Office) to return the Jewelry to us. You run the risk of us not receiving the item if any other shipping service (UPS/FedEx/DHL) besides the United States Postal Service is used.
- Send the products off to us within 7 days of first contacting us about your return, and wait for us to receive the Jewelry before expecting your refund.
Note: The jewelry must be undamaged, and this includes being free of foreign substances and/or odors like tobacco smoke. We take great care when packing jewelry when we ship, so we expect the same care will be taken when returning these items to us.

About my jewelry creations:
All items are created using genuine semi-precious stones, with .925 sterling silver findings, settings, wire and beads. Each item is one-of-a-kind; I never replicate my work. I strive for unique color combinations with graceful rhythms of the beads. Stones have held a fascination for me since I was very young, and I feel natural stone jewelry, with all the stone's flaws and inclusions, hold much more warmth and humanity than something that is supposedly "perfect". Each pendant, each little bead, is like a miniature abstract painting created by the most incredible artist of all, Nature. I just curate them for a little wearable exhibit. :)
