More information on Licensing Digital Fine Art Images

Exclusive purchase licenses are not available for my Fine Art images. I retain rights to exhibit, sell prints of and lease all my images as much as possible.

Please be aware that purchasing a only gives you the right to use the graphics. It does not give you the right to redistribute or resell the graphics or fine art (including any form of appropriation) where the art is the main focus of the product. Ann Stretton and Stan Starbuck retain all copyrights to these graphic and/or art images. Although a link to this site is not required, you do not have the right to represent the art as being created by anyone else besides Ann Stretton or Stan Starbuck.

The license gives you the right to use the art in the following manners: As a splash page image, anywhere as an embellishment to your website, as desktop adornments, and printed out for a multitutde of personal uses that does not include the image as a primary structure for your own financial gain. For example: The image could be used to embellish your own personal business cards, but not as blank stationery or business cards to be resold. The art can be used as a visual element on an audio CD that you sell, but you cannot sell a CD-ROM that redistributes the graphic itself. You can use the images to decorate your own site, but not to appropriate it in the creation of webgraphics (either linkware, shareware or commercial ware) that will be redistributed or resold.

The image may only be altered by changing the size and dimensions (which also allows cropping) to suit your website/stationery/other product. You may not alter the hue/color.
